OUR RETURN POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER CHECKOUT. PREORDERS & SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, free of damages, with tags still attached. All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Any purchase with a discount higher than 10% off is final sale. To start a return, you MUST email us for instructions & approval of the return. All returns are subject to owner's approval. If the following steps are not followed, your return request will be denied.
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise. BVB is not responsible for delivery delays, lost or damaged items due to mail carrier services, or incorrect address entered by the customer. If you encounter such issues, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
Shipping is a flat fee and is NON REFUNDABLE! When issued store credit for a return, it will not include the cost of shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send items back.
RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEMS.
